Our Process

STEP 1

We conduct a Bottleneck Analysis customized to your business to find out which of the three areas offers the highest ROI, quickest win for your business. If we don’t know what is lagging, we don’t know what to improve. These may be in the conversion rate, average order value, lifetime value, or ads areas.

STEP 2

We select the top three projects to work on with your feedback – every piece of our process is collaborative with you.

STEP 3

Then we use our matrix to select from 9 different ways to increase the current problem areas. Once we have your approval, we’re off to the races.

STEP 4

We then begin an all-out 90 day sprint to implement each of the three highest ROI areas. This period is intense. Our goal is to do twice the work in half the time of everyone else.

STEP 5

We don’t celebrate and call it a day. We repeat the process ad-infinitum. Think of your business like a three legged stool. Once we increase the length of one leg, then the other two are the weak points. We then have to work to optimize those at which the process starts all over again. We are see ourselves more as Growth Partners than we do a standard agency. While we do have a full stack media buying, web development, design, and strategy team, view us more as an extension to your business, as opposed to an outsourced marketing firm.

When you work with our team in a done-for-you capacity, your results are guaranteed on a 90 day timeframe. 

 

We look to increase one number: incremental revenue. That’s the amount of revenue attributed to our efforts.

If we aren’t completely certain we can guarantee results, there are typically two options: 1. we’ll give you advice/refer you to someone who may be a better fit or 2. we’ll offer to work with us in a consulting capacity.

 

Ultimately, we will recommend what is best for your business long-term.

We’ve seen clients see results in as little as 2 weeks. For some, it takes 60 days. It really depends on what your main bottleneck/area for improvement is.

If a brand really needs to rewrite their sales page, that takes a bit more time to implement.

What we like to do is jump on an initial call to go over your current metrics, infrastructure, goals, etc, then we conduct a full audit of your site and marketing strategy to determine what optimizations we would make, and how it would impact the business. From there, we price out our service accordingly to ensure you’re getting the highest, and most realistic ROI possible. 

 

For our done-for-you services, a rough guideline is that they start at $5k per month – but the pricing is completely dependent on the amount of revenue that we project we can drive.
